The MICA-R4 is equipped with the Raspberry Pi Compute Module 4 (CM4), which uses a high-performance core Cortex-A72 processor, greatly improving processing power from previous models. New features such as up to 8GB of RAM, NVMe storage, and Gigabit Ethernet support more advanced and diverse applications.

MICA-R4 lineup

MICA-R4 is available in 8 models depending on the type of additional interface. As with the conventional MICA-R series, for the MCIA-R4 series, you can select the model with the most suitable interface according to the purpose, application, and installation environment.

The IP65 model (waterproof type) and IP20 model (non-waterproof type) have different specifications, and the IP20 model comes standard with a Gigabit Ethernet (ix Industrial) port and a CSI slit for passing a flat cable for a Raspberry Pi camera. See datasheet for details.

Note) The number of M.2 expantion slot is 1. LTE (WWAN) models needs to use a M.2 communication module. Therefore, LTE(WWAN) models cannot use other M.2 modules such as SSD.
